It was in the Disabled Application Addins. I selected the COM add-in and in the window it was there but not active. It said it was unloaded. I checked the box and then restarted but I always came back to the same thing. I could never get it to load so I removed it. I have reinstalled it, I have run Repair on the Office App with no results. I tried running the below but I get an error. This thread is locked.
